Essential Mineral Salts, Magnesium and Potassium help rebuild the mineral foundations the body relies on for hydration, electrolyte balance, energy, nervous-system function and healthy bowel movements.

Kombucha Vinegar is a raw, living ferment naturally rich in fermentation-derived organic acids, supporting digestion and helping bring traditionally fermented foods back into the daily diet.

Allergen Information

Beet Kvass contains milk, as it is traditionally fermented using organic grass-fed whey. It is therefore not suitable for vegans or anyone with a milk allergy. Kombucha Vinegar is suitable for vegans and gluten-free. Refer to the individual Mineral Salts, Magnesium and Potassium product labels for complete ingredient and allergen information. As the Kombucha Vinegar and Beet Kvass are living ferments, natural variations in taste, colour and appearance may occur between batches. Culture strands may also naturally form.

Directions For Use

Use the five products consistently as part of your daily post-cleanse routine.

Morning:
Take 25–50 ml Kombucha Vinegar, followed directly by 25–50 ml Beet Kvass.
Mix ¼ teaspoon (1.1 g) Essential Mineral Salts into a glass of water and drink. Mineral Salts can be taken once or twice daily.
Take 1–2 Potassium Bicarbonate capsules with water, preferably in the morning.

Evening:
Take 2 Magnesium Bisglycinate Combo capsules, preferably in the evening with water.

Continue drinking plenty of water throughout the day to support hydration and normal bowel function.
