Returns
Due to the nature of our products being consumable, wellness, and personal care items, PlantCeuticals does not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds for change of mind purchases once an order has been placed and payment has been received.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Impulse purchases
- Products no longer wanted
- Orders cancelled while in transit or awaiting delivery
- Preference based reasons such as taste, scent, texture, or personal expectation
Incorrect product selection by the customer does not qualify for a refund; however, exchanges may be considered at PlantCeuticals’ discretion provided the product is unopened, unused, in its original condition and packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery. Any shipping costs associated with the exchange will be for the customer’s account.
Once an order has been processed, packed, dispatched, or handed over to the courier, it may not be cancelled or returned unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or partially used products unless the product is proven to be defective.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund. Upon approval, refunds will be processed via EFT using bank details provided within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Should your order arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@plantceuticals.co.za or call +27 (0) 79 529 2314. We will promptly resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a full refund.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the safe return of your product.
