Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days directly from our farm location. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Delivery times generally range from 2-5 business days within South Africa, depending on your specific region and courier services.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track the progress of your shipment through the provided courier tracking link.
Delivery Delays
While we strive for timely deliveries, certain factors such as courier delays, adverse weather conditions, or high-order volumes may occasionally affect shipping times. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship exclusively within South Africa. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
