If you experience stronger detox or Herxheimer reactions, reduce to 10 drops (½ tsp) once daily.

For best results, pair the cleanse with a binder such as Activated Charcoal or Zeolite. Binders should be taken at least two hours away from the elixirs, food, and any medications to help bind and support the removal of toxins released during the cleansing process.
