Directions For Use

Take all three as part of your morning routine.

Mix ¼ teaspoon (1.1 g) of Essential Mineral Salts into a glass of water and drink. The Mineral Salts can be taken once or twice daily and can also be diluted into water to sip throughout the day.

Take 1–2 Potassium Bicarbonate capsules with water, preferably in the morning.

Take 25–50 ml of Kombucha Vinegar, ideally upon waking. Drink it as a shot or dilute it in a glass of water. It can also be added to sparkling water.

For a simple routine, take the Kombucha Vinegar first, followed by your Mineral Salts in water and Potassium Bicarbonate.
