Activated Charcoal and Zeolite Powder are recommended as part of our PlantCeuticals Parasite Cleanse Protocol. 

During parasite cleansing, unwanted compounds and waste products may be released as parasites are eliminated. This can place additional demand on the body's natural elimination pathways and may contribute to temporary die-off symptoms such as headaches, fatigue, brain fog, digestive discomfort and general malaise.

Activated Charcoal and Zeolite work within the digestive tract to bind these substances, supporting their removal from the body and helping to reduce their reabsorption. For this reason, binders form an important part of our parasite cleansing protocol and are recommended alongside the Clove & Black Walnut Elixir and Wormwood Elixir.

As part of our Terrain First approach to wellness, effective elimination is one of the foundations of a healthy internal environment. By supporting the body's natural detoxification and elimination processes, the Binder Support Pack helps create the conditions that allow the body to function optimally throughout a cleanse.

Zeolite Powder: Mix 1 teaspoon into water once daily, taking it at least 1–2 hours away from food, supplements and medications.

Activated Charcoal: Mix 1 teaspoon into water 3–4 times per week as needed, taking it on an empty stomach and at least 2–3 hours away from food, supplements, herbal products and medications.

During periods of increased die-off symptoms, either binder may be used more frequently if required.

Always consume adequate water throughout the day when using binders to support healthy hydration and elimination.
