Hi, After using your products for a good year i’m must tell you that I absolutely just love every single one of them! I recently got Shingles and nothing could sooth the burn and itch. In desperation I decided to to spray on some of the probiotic facial tonic and wow wow wow…what a relief, it has soothed the itch and burn and my sores are starting to heal. Now my routine every night and morning is spray the probiotic then put on buchu repair oil. My rash is healing so nicely. Thank you for making this amazing product!.
I'm not so sure about the cream. I like the tonic and the oil, but the cream -- not so much. I'll have to try it for a bit longer. If my skin is slightly damp it doesn't absorb well.

The facial tonic leave me with blurred vision. Obviously my eyes are closed when applying but unfortunately there something that upsets my eyes. I find the facial repair oil too oily for daytime use, but super for night application. I love the face cream and healing ointment. Thx

We are sorry to hear that the Facial Tonic caused some irritation around your eyes and left you with blurred vision. Although the eyes are closed during application, some of the herbal extracts and essential oils can still be quite sensitive around the delicate eye area for certain people. We would recommend avoiding the eye area completely when applying going forward. We are so glad to hear you are enjoying the Face Cream and Relief Balm, and that the Facial Repair Oil is working well for you as an overnight treatment. It is definitely a richer oil blend, so many customers also prefer using it more as a nighttime repair product rather than during the day. Such amazing products!
The oil and cream work well. My skin is hydrated throughout the day. I have very dry skin and suffer from eczema breakouts. The oil is cooling and softens my skin. I have noted however that the spray triggered the eczema on my neck and discontinued using it.
